Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached and/or hat inserts (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at parvumopusbrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and make it right.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damages / Defects / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Email parvumopusbrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale / sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, used, or altered

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at parvumopusbrand@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition received, unworn/unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
