FREE Shipping to USA Customers

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume launches, holidays, or limited releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates onlyand may vary based on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

United States: Free standard shipping
International: Shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Parvum Opus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at parvumopusbrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
